Bridget is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 20 years clinical experience. Bridget graduated as a Dietitian from King's College, University of London and worked in hospitals in London, Singapore & Malaysia.
Bridget is a full member of The Singapore Nutrition & Dietetics Association, The British Dietetic Association and registered with the UK Health Care Professions Council.
For the last 15 years Bridget has specialised in the nutritional treatment of gastrointestinal conditions including irritable bowel syndrome / functional bowel disorders; coeliac disease and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Bridget has completed accredited FODMAP training at King's College London and finds this approach very rewarding and successful to use with clients.
During her career Bridget specialised variety of clinical areas including gastroenterology, nutrition support & enteral nutrition (tube feeding), nephrology (kidney disease), and critical care.
Through working as a Dietitian in Singapore and Malaysia in the 1990s she has a good knowledge of the local diet and culture.
